Entering a Tenancy

• Obtain Inventory and provide same to client
• Visit house in advance of change to carry out valuation and check Inventory integrity
• Negotiate valuation in advance of change day
• Attend house on day of change to carry out full Inventory check, ensure necessary safety testing is in place, negotiate deficiencies and agree valuation of sundry small catering effects
• Arrange necessary stocktaking services if required

Exiting a Tenancy

• Attend house to list and value Inventory in advance of proposed change date
• Supply copy of same and amend if required
• Negotiate valuation in advance of change day
• Attend house on day of change to list and value sundry small catering effects and represent client
• Arrange for necessary gas, electrical and fire alarm testing (if required)
• Arrange for necessary stock taking services if required
